Haus Foundations is our beginner Reformer Pilates class, designed to introduce you to the Haus of Forme method in a supportive and confidence-building way. This class focuses on the fundamentals — breath, alignment, core activation, and control — while teaching you how to use the reformer safely and effectively.

You’ll move through simple, well-structured sequences with clear guidance and plenty of options, allowing you to build strength, mobility, and body awareness at your own pace.

Haus Forme is our signature full-body class — a modern blend of strength, mobility, and flow. Every session includes clear regressions for beginners and creative progressions for those seeking more challenge. With just six reformers, expect personal attention, seamless movement, and a beautifully balanced workout.

Haus Taster Session

Reformer Pilates Taster Session

Curious about Reformer Pilates but not sure where to start? Our Taster Session is designed especially for beginners and first-timers. We’ll introduce you to the Reformer machine, guide you through simple, effective movements, and help you feel comfortable and confident from the very first class.

Expect a gentle but effective workout, plenty of guidance, and a great introduction to how Reformer Pilates can strengthen, lengthen, and support your body.
